Nokia G400 5G Review

Nokia is a trustworthy name that is currently trying hard to remain in the mobile business and with Nokia G400 5G model it has again tried to reach the user base which is still loyal to it. While going through the detailed specs and features of this mobile we found that the major advantage is the triple primary camera setup along with 5000mAh battery backup apart from the brand name. Moreover, the pros are more as compared to the cons like the screen size of 6.58-inch that too FHD+ is very good for online and offline binging. However, it is not LCD and not LED which might be a pinching point for some users are there are chances of glare when looked at from certain angles. It’s a good option for students who like to do online studies because of the good screen size. The battery backup of 5000mAh with 20W fast charging is also good and easily works for long hours but the fast charging is just 20W. Despite the triple HDR primary camera setup Nokia has just given a basic 16MP front camera which is again not much good for those who like to click selfie shots and videos, especially for social media postings. It has an LED flash which lets the user click clear and crisp photos and videos even in low light. When we talk about the design and looks then the Aluminium frame makes it a durable mobile which is hard to see in other mobiles in different price ranges. There are more advantages of this mobile like it is a 5G mobile and support dual SIM connectivity. The 4GB RAM also supports playing medium-level games and is not so great for heavy games. There are hardly any hiccups while working on multiple Apps at the same time.

Another advantage of the Nokia G400 is that it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which quickly lets the user access it without any delay. It also supports the Face Unlock feature which further enhances security. The operating system is also the latest and the Snapdragon Octa-Core processor gives lag-free operations. There are all types of necessary sensors which are available along with all types of connectivity except that it does not support Infrared connectivity which is not a major disadvantage.

There are a few more disadvantages of the Nokia G400 5G like it does not support reverse charging is nowadays a normal feature that is being provided in most of the other mobiles in a similar price range. It also lacks an IPS rating which means that it is not water or dust-resistant but it does support Gorilla Glass 3 protection which is still a good feature that is being provided in this model. Overall it’s a good option for those who are looking to upgrade to a 5G mobile and it can be bought from T-Mobile but again we would like to mention that it is not a gaming mobile as there is no game-related feature that is available like cooling fan or any other type of technology to maintain the temperature. Furthermore, there is no wireless charging which is again a major con of the Nokia G400 5G. The price is also on the higher side as there are much better features that are being offered by other brands in a similar price range.
